Scratch Off Ticket Summer Project

In tribute to her sister Mary who loved scratch off tickets, Michelle Breton Jackson created special DMC scratch off tickets.  Each patient had the chance to win $20, $50 or $100. Mary’s favorite color was purple so Michelle hand painted purple scratch off paint on each ticket.

Donna Crandall Foundation Inducted Into Society of Hope

Bill Trigg Chief Executive Officier of Make A Wish inducted the Donna Crandall Foundation into to the Society of Hope for our contribution to CF patient Kelly’s Wish at the Hilton Garden Inn in Troy.

1300th Gift Bag Delivered

Nurse Libby Andrus delivered bag number 1300 to a very surprised adult patient Jody Thompson.   In addition to the legendary bag she will receive a check for $1300.

The Foundation Salutes CF Graduates

The Donna M. Crandall Foundation salutes the nine CF patients who will be graduating from high school in the next week.  Each graduate was given a check for $500.00. Congratulations!

Thanks Go Out to the Niskyuna Girl Scouts

Girl Scout troop 2502 donated eight cases of cookies to the foundation. We delivered them all to the cf clinic to be distributed to happy patients.

Dinner for 12 Winners

Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Mariaca with Maria Dempsey. The Mariaca’s won dinner for 12 at this years Emerald Eve. Donna’s nieces Sarah and Jack Cheney were the servers.

Shaker Modified Swim Program Holds Fundraiser

The 2013 Shaker Modified Swim Program recently held a Mile Challenge to support the Donna Crandall Foundation. Coach Heather Daniels speared headed the event. The swim team raised nearly $1400.
